Voucher – a ticket for other HOPI employees

The ticket (voucher) for the ball in the value of 600 CZK includes admission to the ball for two persons (free of charge),
admission to the gala dinner and an option for accommodation or a bus journey from Prague to Karlovy Vary and back.
Please, confirm your participation on this email address: hopiples@hopi.cz, including whether you require accommodation/transport,
no later than 31th January 2013. In your email, please state your name, surname and your work position in HOPI.
Without these details you will not be included The invitation is valid for two persons.
The number of tickets is limited, should there be more applicants than tickets, participants shall be chosen by a draw.
